Job purpose
The role sits within the Pricing Transformation Team, a team which is re-defining how Revenue Management is conducted within the wider Pricing Team. The industry-leading analytics and pricing algorithms we devise aim to revolutionize how IWG drives volume and earnings.
You will be working within a highly motivated and multi-disciplinary team, but individually leading the transformation of the Pricing Teams reporting and analytics suite, as well as setting up and conducting global pricing trials to better understand the elasticity and impacts of pricing in different markets and products.
The immediate team is split between the UK and Manila, has a great start-up feel, with flexible working practices around a core over-lap shift to be determined with managerial discretion.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
·A naturally analytical person with a proven ability to problem solve and comfort with large data sets
·Impressive academic credentials (numerical, scientific, or business disciplines preferred)
·Experience in an analytical role since graduation in an environment such as external or internal consultancy, or a relevant commercial area.
·Advanced user of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially Excel, Azure (+SQL) & Power BI
·Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
·Proven ability to undertake projects from initial inception through to final completion
·Experience in price optimization and/or revenue management is preferred
Key Accountabilities:
Run commercial performance analysis & spark new impact
·Analyse and report on price setting performance, across multiple products and regions
·Running essential analysis on granular vast dataset, past business performance across multiple products, as well as external market & competitive data
·Undertake ad hoc pieces of investigative analysis to identify (under or over) performance hotspots / anomalies / issues.
·Drive the formulation of opportunities into pricing strategy changes, A/B tests of them and their performance measurement in a project environment
Expand our analysis suite for global impact
· Improve pricing’s own standing suite of analytical reports
· Liaise with Business Intelligence leaders to solidify key commercial analytical needs
· Support country level and top-level performance decision meetings with the right suite of targeted commercial analyses
